Ingredients
- ½ medium pointed cabbage (or ½ small white cabbage) finely shredded
- 2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions or ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche or mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp medium curry powder
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 50g cashew nuts, toasted in a dry frying pan for a couple of mins until golden, roughly chopped
- Salt & pepper
