Hens, geese and alpacas roam and patrol the vineyards. The vitality of the surroundings imbue this fine Pinot Noir with its own sense of vibrancy. 100% Pinot Noir. Beautifully aromatic offering a medley of red summer berry fruit, dark cherry, plum and floral violet notes. Subtle hints of vanilla and spice adds to the intrigue. Delightfully fresh, deftly textured and persistent. Ideal with fish and shellfish cooked with creamy sauces. Also pairs well with roasted vegetables such as aubergine, and is an excellent accompaniment to sushi! Fine value Pinot Noir from Chile, or indeed anywhere!
