watermelon and feta salad


A refreshing salad for hot summery days that makes the most of the gorgeous organic watermelons in store now.  


  • 180g watermelon 
  • ½ cucumber 
  • ½ bunch mint, chopped, leaving a few whole leaves to garnish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 100g Cypressa Feta Cheese 
  • 1 tbsp Biona Balsamic Vinegar 


Chop the watermelon and cucumber into chunks and tip into a bowl with the chopped mint and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season and pile on to a serving plate. Crumble over the feta, remaining mint leaves, then drizzle with 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar just before serving.
